Order of titles explanation
The opening titles that occur in films are mostly formatted in a conventional order. The order of titles is made up of a hierarchy system, the highest contributors that invested money into the film are mentioned first as the film more or less relays on their input therefore are often given most time on screen to emphasis their significance.
Order of titles for most films:
- Ident

- Producers and Director
The order of title varies to each film, for example the actors name can differ depending on the stars starring in the film if there are well known worldwide actors it would be listed before the film title. Distributors is another variation, in some movies the distributors are followed after the ident and in some movies the crew; costume design, music, photographer etc is listed in the opening credits after the actors names.
